I believe we are at this point where being trendy or fashionable makes you neither happy, unique or glamorous.
Fast fashion has made cookie cutter styles, trends and looks accessible, but so fast changing that it is impossible to catch up.
People are tired of the race and with everything that we are learning about unethical production is starting to feel nauseating.
I believe in being mindful, sustainable and wearing what YOU think is good for you. We should not worry about what people think about our clothes or style. We need to start owning it up and truly expressing what we want to project when we dress. Sometimes it maybe simple and basic, sometimes it may be loud and crazy. Regardless of your mood, taste or priorities.
In this video I am sharing my latest upcycle project and few ways (I think) would be fun to style it. Closer towards the end of the video I will show case the dress with my little model twirl around.
