Exercise is one of the most important self-care habits you can develope. Exercise can minimise illness, decrease depression improve your mood and energy, and ofcourse make you feel good about yourself. I think we all already know that, but yet we still forget to prioritise it. Let’s not waste time and do it!
It doesn’t matter what level you are or how long it has been, you can do the best you can in that moment, because even a small exercise is better than nothing. In this video I am sharing my recent favourite full body workout routine. I have myself been using this workout routine as it feels so good and balanced on my body, mind and soul. As a homemaker I don’t often get a chance to attend fitness facilities so a sweet workout at home goes a long way. I hope You enjoy it!
