As we all know health and self-care is so important. It can be easy to forget and ignore or feel like we simply have no time for it. I am sharing 3 simple things you can do first thing in the morning that can make big positive changes.

1. Glass of water with lemon and cayenne pepper.

I take this on an empty stomach every morning. It is a great detox, fat burning, boosting immunity mix. Great way to kickstart your metabolism and feel great for the rest of your day. Cayenne pepper is known to benefit heart health, congestion, digestion and blood flow.

2. Coffee (or alternative warm drink) with a spoon of Ghee.

Black coffee is not all bad as long as you don’t add milk and sugar is your coffee. Ghee cuts the acidity in your coffee, boosts energy, breaks down caffeine slowly and contains good healthy fats.

Of course if you don’t agree with animal products, coconut oil is amazing too.

3. Glass of water with Celtic salt.

As we all know sodium is not good, but our body needs minerals to function well. Celtic salt contains different types of magnesium and is known to be very beneficial. Taking a pinch of salt, placing it on your tongue and drinking a glass of water will help your body to stay hydrated and nourished.
