FAMILY WILD FORAGING

FAMILY LEISURE

One of our favorite family activities is wild foraging.

As we stroll through the parks and nature trails we explore the vegetation.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If you are a beginner, please do a very good research on plants in your region.

Learn toxic, poisonous and edible plants very well before experimenting.

Research each individual plant very well. Be very sure you know and understand what you are foraging.

TUSSILAGO FARFARA or COLTSFOOT

I recently discovered that this flower is also edible and medicinal, but I have not yet experimented with it.

CONCLUTION

As you can see so much learning can happen on a simple walk.

I find this so fulfilling.

What a beautiful way to bond as a family, learn and be healthy.

With all my love
